Create a Job

Set up a Job for each project.

Add Client information, job details, and which Directory rates to use (or customise job-specific rates if this Client has special pricing).

Job setup includes:

Job name and number
Client information (name, contact, email)
Project description
Select Directory rates (or override with job-specific rates)
Add team members who can create sheets for this Job
Designate Client Reps who will sign sheets

Create a Daywork Sheet

Record daywork on site in real time.

Create a daywork sheet directly on your phone or tablet. Add labour, plant and materials — rates auto-populate from your Directory so there's no manual pricing.

Sheet contents:

Open mobile app, select the Job
Add work description and date
Select labour from Directoryn and enter hours worked
Select plant/equipment and enter duration used
Select materials and enter quantities
